Has anybody tried Costco's soups?
Are they actually good?
(I will welcome soup recommendations in responses to these questions as long as you don't recommend Italian wedding, pasta e fagioli, or anything with chickpeas.

DSP Makes Vegetable Soup
This was the first soup i ever made by myself from a cookbook a long time ago. I've edited the recipe over time but it's even better now.
It's one of the easiest soups to make.
Now to be patient while it has an overnight in the fridge.
