Now onto Nowhere Burning by Catriona Ward after hearing about it on the Talking Scared podcast

So Long never achieves coherence..characters arrive to embellish the story rather than be part of it, Starship is a farce that bowls along at a fair lick.. I (maybe inevitably) felt it was 'written in the style of Hitchhikers' rather than be it's own thing. Mostly OK

The God and the Gumiho by Sophie Kim. Its weird when a book with themes that don't overlap with my own story inspire me to get writing. I love a good enemies to lovers ❤️. I finished this #audiobook in a day and I cant wait for the sequel.

I, Medusa by Ayana Gray. This book reminded me of Circe in the best way. The retelling/reimagining of mythology has a special place in my heart. Ive always had a interest in Medusa's story and this book filled that void perfectly!
