Do you remember Code Lyoko episode 74 Crash course where the Lyokowarriors mention three XANA attacks that took place off-antenna which are the tree attack, the swimming pool attack and the gymnasium attack respectively ? The one in the swimming pool seems to evoke a rather embarrassing situation that must have occurred between Yumi and Ulrich, unfortunately we'll never know what might have happened for these two to deny it ever happened to avoid awkward questions. Personally, I imagined that XANA decided to target Yumi and Ulrich who were at the swimming pool, but that he needed to neutralize the japanese woman, who has a 3rd dan black belt in 5 styles of karate, ninjutsu and judo, as well as a 1st dan in kung fu. So he xanatified a 2nd grader who took advantage of the fact that his victim was alone to stun her with a violent 75,000 volts electric shock and took her away to hide from witnesses who might have been attracted by the noise. When she awoke, Yumi had been securely tied/gaffed and isolated in an adjoining section of the swimming pool in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, to be used as bait to lure Ulrich into a trap and to increase her already dreadful ordeal of being reduced to a helpless victim, XANA passed on a virus that increases the size of her breasts by 2cm with every passing minute, which could prove fatal for the geisha if it reaches a critical point, causing her to explode like chewing-gum and bleed to death at high speed. Yumi's fate rests in the hands of her friend Aelita, whom she hopes will be able to deactivate the Tower on Lyoko quickly before she meets a tragic and terribly painful death.
