These intricate designs are raked into the sand during low tide, creating walkable paths for meditation and reflection. The project, started by Dyke in 2011, frequently features a blue glass sphere known as the "Dream Sphere" as a focal point. The ephemeral art lasts only a few hours before being erased by the incoming tide. The event draws thousands of visitors annually to Face Rock Wayside to walk the paths, which have no dead ends.
