I only put in a few hours today, but I made good progress on the deadwood removal and new trail clearing.
Next, I'll tackle the dead cedars and clear more cactus.
I love exposing what's under all that cactus. It also helps water flow to aquifers and the lake tributaries.

It was another fun day of trail work, this time near the California Wildlife Center. We had a nice-sized crew that allow us to work a mile of trail. Along the way, California Cudweed, Mariposa Lilly, and one of my favorites, Humboldt Lily, kept us feeling light and carefree.
