I have just had two weeks in the beautiful Caribbean island of Tobago. Green-rumped Parrotlet is very noisy and sometimes difficult to find this one showed well from my room in Castara.

#twentyyearsdigital continues with this 1st winter Steppe Grey Shrike Grainthorpe Haven, Lincs. I used the 40D coupled to a Sigma 70-200 f2.8 and this is full frame with no crop. I laid in a hedge ahead of the bird and it came toward me.
