Blitzø had no idea he could feel so relieved at the normalcy that surrounded his shop that first morning back. Between the reports from Moxxie as well as the various team members supplied by Fizz and Ozzie, the media attention surrounding the shop had begun to finally wane a little a few days before he and Stolas had planned on returning. Blitzø would take every good second of normalcy they could get, knowing it wouldn't likely last terribly long. As soon as word got out that he and Stolas were back at the shop, it would be a swarm again. But hey, speaking of normal? "Heeeyyy, Denise! You want your yoozh?" Denise's smile was especially chipper this morning as she greeted him. "Welcome back, Blitzø! The coffee just ain't the same when you're not here! Yes, I'd like my usual now that you're back to make it and ohmygawd, honey, how is that handsome man of yours?!" "Gaw-dayamn, Dee, did you get coffee somewhere else before you came in?" Blitzø teased as he started her Deathwish Dark Mocha. "You sure you still want those extra three shots?"
"Boy?!" Denise barked right on cue, to Blitzø's ever chaotic delight, "you know good and well that if I don't get my extra shots, someone's gonna get extra-shot!" "I'll keep that in mind if I ever need to wield you against my enemies!" he cackled back. "I'll just withhold your shots and then point, 'Look, Denise, that motherheifer over there said you didn't deserve your coffee today."" He turned around to hand Denise her drink and was pleased to see her leaning against the counter wheezing with mirth! "You would, Blitzø!" she laughed before taking a deep, heavenly swig of her morning functionality. "Ahhh, it's perfect again!" she crowed with happiness! "Bless Moxxie, I know how much he hates to go off recipe. "Hey, y'all really expanding to include tea like I've been hearing?" Blitzø's answering grin was huge. "We found the teas we wanna start with; now we just gotta get some other shit sorted out, like equipment, shuffling the layout around back here a little bit, updating the menu design. Don't worry, we'll keep you posted!"
"You better, Blitzø! I been griping at y'all to add tea since you opened!" "Thank you!" Stolas hollered from where he'd clearly been listening in the kitchen. "I told you the day we met that this was false advertising, darling!" Blitzø beheld his boyfriend leaning cheekily around the wall to tease. "Yeah, yeah, get your fine ass back to work, Fancy Pants!" Blitzø stuck his tongue out at him. "Not my fault you couldn't appreciate a good pun!" "The pun would have provoked more appreciation if you had simply carried teeeea!" Stolas sassed in singsong, complete with Broadway-esque vibrato! "Well, we're getting tea now!" Blitzø shot back, leaping into the spirit of their little "quarrel" with unobstructed glee while Denise watched and sipped, looking very Cheshire about the whole scene! "So, get off my dick!" "No fair!" Stolas at once cried foul. "You can't say shit like that to me knowing full well I can't think of a safe-for-work retort!" He leaned back around the wall to throw-flick water at Blitzø, who hid behind his hands, cackling raucously!
So, we were a wee bit busy last night!

Snippet of some Stolitz banter from What’s The Tea, Ch 18: "Darling, I promise you are not taking advantage of me!" he laughed! Why, the very idea! "Working in the dish pit has been a relief, and that alone should convey the sheer amount of privilege I have! I don't need or want your money, my love, but you certainly do. Need it, I mean." He couldn't help but adore when Blitzo decided to be cheeky! "Oh, you don't want my money," he mocked without ire or malice. "What, my money not good enough for you, rich bitch?" He capped the unserious challenge with a wink and a kiss. Stolas laughed, kissing his boyfriend's palm with an affectionate nip. "Dearest, if you're going to insist on lavishing me with your money, you're going to have to be more creative than just trying to disguise it in a paycheck." That bit of sass, and the cute little peck on the nose he gave to punctuate it, had earned a guffawing, appreciative, "Ohhhhh, you audacious motherfucker!" from his beloved right then, followed by the most delectable, hair-pulling, neck-biting spanking in the supply closet where Blitzo dragged him after the shop had closed!
A snippet of Stolitz being Sappy and Adorable in What’s The Tea, Ch 20: "This is definitely going in our room. Right above our bed!" Blitze crowed, loving the way Stolas melted against him at the mention of things belonging to the both of them. "Our room?" Stolas echoed softly, loving the sound of it. "Our bed," Blitzo affirmed with a rakish waggle of his brows. He couldn't help it. It was his favorite place of worship. The place he got to make his lover his entire universe. The place he got to listen to him sing so sweetly from the way Blitze loved him. The place where Stolas loved him just as brightly in return. A low, simmering need burned through them as they fell into each other for a few precious moments before finally heading back into the house to hide Blitzo's new treasure in Fizz and Ozzie's room
A snippet of Stolitz overcoming an issue together in What’s The Tea, Ch 22: "You tried to push me away a little bit then, didn't you? Because you weren't sure you were safe?" Stolas sat up on his knees and held his arms out to the side and open with invitation. "Darling, I am still right here. I woke up to you screaming in the middle of the night. You gave Fizzie permission to tell me what happened even when he gave you the option for him to leave it. You tapped twice and told him to go ahead. "What? Had you just resigned yourself to thinking that that would be the end of it?" He dropped the challenge with a raised eyebrow. Blitzo gaped helplessly at him, his eyes practically screaming. Stolas, still with his arms out, "I said I'm still right here, my love. Even after finding out the things you were afraid of me knowing, I still love you and I'm still right here. So, what the actual fuck are you waiting for?" Blitzo, still frozen, didn't move. One heartbeat. Two. Four. Ten. He looked so lost, it made Stolas' heart ache. Blitzo looked afraid to take that step back into Stolas' arms, as though they would fade to smoke around him if he did.
A further snippet from that same scene in What’s The Tea, Ch 22: "I'm sorry!" Blitzo, the moment Stolas' arms locked about him, dragged in a ragged gasp and expelled it in a series of explosive sobs that wracked his entire being. "I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!" Stolas rocked shut around him, holding him, swaying them both back and forth as Blitzo began to unload gods-only-knew how many years of pent-up everything. "There are no apologies necessary, my beloved," he soothed over and over again between kisses of relief to Blitzo's forehead. "But—!" Stolas framed his face tenderly in his hands. "You came back to me, Blitzy. You didn't give in. You didn't chase me away. You were scared and thinking no one could ever truly and fully accept you if they knew the darkest parts of you. You're not alone, darling. So many people resort to self-destruction when they feel so unworthy. "But, my love, you faced it and then you chose to listen to me instead of your fear. You came back to me. Keep coming back to me, darling. Whenever you're afraid, try to remember to come back to me. Alright?" "Okay," Blitzo's answer came out as a shaky, compressed squeak.
