I've rarely had issues with my fellow wrestling fans.

But after a weekend where Wrestlemania security is a topic of conversation, perhaps talking about how AEW fans keep people from watching AEW, isn't the best timing.

Shit like this is why I have no sympathy for Pro Wrestling Tees. My symphaties only goes to all the artists who lost their gig due to the AEW/PWTees situation. Hopefully AEW does the right thing and eventually hires all of the artists to their in house merch department.

She was understandably upset by how the guy approached her, but fam, I would *love* an AEW appearance by @marawilson.bsky.social. My daughter just watched Matilda for the first time; she would flip.

I'm just gonna be honest, PWT is not equipped to be a production team for a national brand wrestling promotion. It costs 40 dollars for a shirt that takes 4 weeks or more to deliver and falls apart in two washes. 20 dollar mass produced AEW shirts from Amazon hold up much better.

So from what I understand AEW ended its relationship with pro wrestling tees. PWT then laid off their artists that made exclusively AEW merchandise. Sucks for the the people laid off but this is one of the few times I don’t think the business involved did anything wrong.

I hope this includes the amazing artists they've been working with.

The AEW merch selection has gotten a bit better in recent months, but man oh man, it would be great to have some legit selections available at shows!

I've been out and about all day, checking in here and there.

AEW's PWT's artists have made some of the coolest designs that make their merch feel less like "wrestling shirts" and more like badass wrestling art you can wear anywhere.

I haven’t bought merch from PWTees in a few years because their merch quality sucks. Some of my shirts have holes in them. I wore one shirt maybe 5 times and it got a hole in the armpit.

Hopefully, AEW will bring back the artists. I saw some replies on the other app that PWT was using AI designs.

I hate hearing about so many fellow artists losing their work with AEW today. A few things I hope you all know:
You’re damn good. Don’t doubt that for a second.
Feel what you need to feel. Those emotions are real and valid.
This client was fortunate to work with you and the next one will be, too.

I'll just say it clearer so it doesn't get lost in everything.

Leaving PWTees and Triller? Fantastic decisions by AEW.

Dropping the artists? To be determined. Not good for the vibes, but I'll wait and see what the plan is.

Anyway, in the best of all worlds

AEW is no longer using PWTees since they’ve outgrown them.

AEW is using real artists to make their new in house designs.

The artists who were let go have or find stable revenue streams which may include future AEW work if that is something both parties want.
