How do you navigate frustration and anxiety in these challenging times? What are some ways you’ve found to turn that energy into something positive? Let’s share our experiences and talk about how we can handle this better in the coming days.
There are many ways to channel the pain. One powerful way is through community connection. Other ways could be turning frustration into creative expression, helping others, or simply taking a step back to rest and recharge.
Frustration and anxiety often stem from feeling powerless. But we are in control. We can choose to transform the energy of frustration into something positive.
Pain is part of life, especially in uncertain times. It’s important to acknowledge that pain. But we also need to recognize that suffering is a choice. By making a real effort to step away from suffering, we can reclaim control over how we experience hardship.

One day, Witty 🧔♂️ saw a beggar pleading with a rich kebab shop owner. Witty asked, “What’s the issue?” The rich man 😏 replied, “The beggar warmed his bread over my stove, soaking up the aroma of my kebabs. He owes me for the ‘flavor’ he got.” Even the aroma isn’t free for the poor. #Inequality
