Amoth with round edges that holdss its wings together rests on a blade of grass. It's a hieroglyphic moth in the family Nolidae. It is a beautiful orange and pale base with darks spots in lines at the edge of the wings. In the middle and near the head are large patches of metallic cobalt scales.
A long ermine moth in the family Yponomeutidae resting on a leaf. It is pure white except the black polka dots, making it look like a Dalmatian.
The Spanish moth, a species in the family Noctuidae. It has fluffy black fur on its thorax, that's tipped with white. The wings are longitudinally half pink and the other half is black and orange patterned.
A pink-shaded fern moth in the family Noctuidae. It is thick and tufted with a beautiful pattern of browns and pink, with a few white circles.
It's been a rough week 😞 I need some soft pretty #moths.
Maybe you do too?
