The Wolfson Report treats #NorthernIreland and the international legal commitments of the UK Government - which are very clearly spelled out in the #1998Agreement - as mere political agreements.
Once again it is a Treaty & requires #ECHR rights - not UK versions of them

We are back to the pre- #Brexit timeline - where before the vote those who understood the #1998Agreement made v clear the issues that would arise.

#NorthernIreland was brushed aside - politicans & commentators said it would be an easy fix, the 1998 Agreement didn't apply, etc -
