A mocking bird follows a person in the garden. He or she sits mid frame left on a lilac branch. Grey top with white flecks showing on winds. The creamy belly is prominent. It is 3/4 facing left to right. The leaves are bright green new growth. The branches are greyish brown and in the background is some sort of building.

They follow us around in the garden.

They know we are purveyors of fine meal worms.

A sunlit swan on the calm waters of a large ornamental pond. I forgot to mention that the House Martins returned about 10 days ago. Just a couple at first but they're arriving in numbers now and fixing up the various, winter damaged nests around the house.
