A 363 mile walk around the #PeakDistrict. This is a travelogue, not a walking book. An enjoyable, easy read, informative, and gently funny. I really liked it. Though much of the narrative (and walking) is outside of the National Park, it adds context. #BookSky #Books 💙📚
A sunlit swan on the calm waters of a large ornamental pond. The swan's body is facing toward the left of the frame but its neck is turned so that its head, seen in profile, is looking the opposite way over its back. Its body is mirrored in the gently rippled water in the foreground but the reflection of its head and neck is blocked by the low stone wall of the pond, which runs along the bottom of the picture.
