Grump-grump. Woke up to a stabby #headache, from rise in #BarometricPressure (one of my triggers). Had a bite to eat, took some meds, used ice pack; things are less intense but still there. Ugh.

I feel not at all educated about High vs Low,
what occurs in the body,
& what usual #Symptoms are.

I KNOW #BarometricPressure affects me.
I know I'm EXHAUSTED.

I haven't connected the dots on all of it yet though
...and want to know/prepare/plan around it.

Anyone else sensitive to the effects of #barometricpressure with chronic illness? A friend taught me to check it about a year ago and lowering pressure often = crashes for me, while rising = energy. I didn’t have these crashes before getting suspected #longcovid 3 years ago.

It’s going to be one of those days where I leave work and walk myself straight into bed when I get home.
