Today, because I moved all my runs this week, I had another run on my #coopahruncoach plan. It was hard after yesterday’s run, I got cramp and abandoned ship. That’s fine though. It is one run in a training block - no big deal. Home tomorrow morning and back to London street running #running

On Saturday I went to Coventry to meet a friend and we went to #parkrun with these guys. They are part of the #RefugeeRunClub - powered by the #CoopahRunCoach app. I knew one of them already and it was lovely to meet his friends. Such kind and gentle people.
