I didn't wake until gone 12.00. Brunch was wholegrain bread toasted, 3 pieces of bacon, 2 eggs with soy sauce microwaved & two cauliflower hash browns and, of course, Korean mocha gold #coffee with Skinny Syrups vanilla added. I probably won't eat again until late evening.

So tired that I took a 3-hour nap. Just made two kimchi pancakes but couldn't finish both. Drinking Camp coffee-flavoured, lactose-free milk instead.

For food, I have a rough idea of what to avoid for both my conditions: dairy & carbohydrates, so no pasta carbonara for me. Instead, I opt for high protein & vegetables (NOT root vegetables), e.g. steak salad. I don't concern myself with fat content, i.e. oil dressings.

If it's coffee, I always ask for lacto-free options. If not available, then I opt for oat milk (soy milk sets off #IBD). Anything carbonated is avoided at all costs, as is all fruit juices.
