A pink silk dressing gown trimmed with lavender grosses ribbon awaits the hand-sewn finishes. The silk was purchased from artisans in India, who dyed and printed it. The gown is made as traditional kimono, which is a zero-waste garment.
Day 4 of #sewing a pink silk dressing gown. I made belt tenders and seed on the pockets. Yes, I did have to unpick some #stitching. It is helping my #disregulation to do this.
Instead of doing nothing because I'm overwhelmed today I will do something even if it is small because it will be one step closer to my goal.
