This camera had a “stuck” shutter button. I finally opened it up and it was just a broken prong where a spring goes to reset the button and reset the camera to the next frame. Thankfully the little prong was still rattling inside the camera. Used epoxy glue and it works like a charm. #filmcameras

Just bought a cheap Yashica Mat 124G for £150. Timer doesn't seem to be working, but I don't mind, everything else seems spot on. It even has guarantee card - sold in April 1979.
