Apple VO2 Max graphic in month view High cardio fitness level bolded out to emphasize those scores 34.5 high VO2 Max Score selected to show and bottom of table blocks out the “high” attainment as 2 days in October. There’s a clear dip in the table, I went from extrapolating my daily indoor Denver runs from outdoor generated scores from outdoor runs on travel in July & August to California and Seattle to running outside in Nevada and California in October and Apple predictably floored my scores for not feeding its GPS machine. VO2 max from apple is usually much lower, especially for non-fitness walking. When you run, don’t pause your watch for at least 21 mins if possible as apple will penalize as a break.
