100 days in and I'm down 16 lbs and at a healthy BMI. Slower progress than I had hoped but lots of travel has really challenged me on the diet side of it. Still pushing through and putting in the work.

14 weeks of consistency. Lots of good results, still lots of work to get to where I want to be. But I feel so much better.
This mornings workout stats. Finished with doing the Warped Wall without a knee brace on. Slowly the knee gets better.

Good elliptical workout today, still working through a little soreness from Monday night's run. Also not sure how meaningful it is but I dropped another half year on the Garmin "Fitness Age" scale. I wish I was 42 again 🤣
2nd workout without wearing a brace on my right knee which had surgery 2 years ago. Small progress but the gains come.
Agility ladder hop was changed to in-outs going sideways. 6 40 sec rounds per station. 1:10 rest between stations

Good little recovery ride after last night's re-introduction to running.

Well not really an organized run or jog or walk, but my first attempt at getting back to running. Working on heart rate recovery and reaclimating my muscles and joints after an almost 4 year hiatus

Unlogged of course are the multiple times climbing Nob Hill. Each a workout of their own

No workout yesterday 😭, but got back to it bright and early this morning. One might argue that walking up the hills of SF constitutes a workout as well

Lighter workout tonight as it was getting pretty late by the time I got to the hotel and settled in.

Nice high intensity power training ride.
Also weigh in today marks a milestone. I am officially in the healthy range on the BMI scale. (Yes I know the issues with that scale but it's still a nice milestone and since the FAA still uses it, I might as well track it.)

Down 15 lbs in 11 weeks. Decent pace, not too fast but nice and steady at a maintainable rate.
