1️⃣ #IGWG Member States closed a week of text-based negotiations and daily informals, but despite effort, no common ground was found on key issues – particularly around benefits predictability and legal certainty in the #PABS system.
6️⃣ To help bolster relevant stakeholder engagement, the #IGWG bureau also convened a 90-minute dialogue session on Wednesday, creating space for a deeper, more focused discussion with Bureau members and country delegates.
9️⃣ The #IGWG will convene intersessional dialogues open to Member States and relevant stakeholders. The format, topics, and schedule will be announced soon. The Bureau also committed to explore new ways to strengthen stakeholder engagement ahead of #IGWG4 (Dec. 2-5).
