The hat is reminiscent of Van Gough’s Starry Night, with a big swirl in the sky, only it is above a yellow field (which is the dog’s face), and green rolling hills in the background. Two small stickers affixed to a crosswalk button housing. They are two variations of the same dog in a party hat featured in the first photo. Both feature the same basic design, yellow faced dog with a smiley face, it’s tongue sticking out on left side of face, and a green conical party hat. Each sticker has a slightly different design on the color fill. The one on the left looks like it was filled in with color magic markers. On the one of the left, the face seems to be made of a yellow lemon, and it’s hat is a green pile of something that looks kind of like yarn or a lumpy extruded material such as foam insulation. A massive prop shoe laying on the sidewalk. It’s several feet in length and probably about a foot wide and a few feet tall. It looks sort of like sports cleat style shoes, which makes me think it’s from some school’s mascot. The lower part is mostly black, with a silver x on the side. The upper half is bright yellow. Someone else, presumably, tagged some graffiti with a red pen on the yellow. Very curious. Found next to the Musicians Union Local 99 in the Kerns neighborhood of Portland, OR. The Musicians Union Local 99 “is an organization of over 500 musicians in Oregon and SW Washington. Wheat paste poster on the back of a large signboard. It depicts 9 giant US Dollar bills modified to labeled as a “Global Elite Note”, worth $0, a zombified president’s head with an upside down cross carved on it’s forehead in the center of the bill (I think its supposed to be Thomas Jefferson), serial number AZ 666666666 A, minted in Portland, OR, country is “The Corporate Masters of America”, and there are additional details on the bill that are unfortunately not discernible from the resolution of this photo. Pasted over the center bill is a giant upside down pentagram with a ram’s skull in the center. The pentagram almost completely covers the center bill and its star points stick out touching most of the other bills. The only thing they are wearing is a mask that is nothing but a giant nose and giant eye, and some kind of hat that looks like maybe it’s a sombrero or similarly styled “cowboy” hat.
