Ein weiteres #Lemma, das sich bisher in keinem #Wörterbuch als eigenständiger Eintrag findet, aber hätte finden müssen, da schon in Darms 1978 richtig identifiziert: #althochdeutsch uohst m. 'Achsel(höhle)' mit Parallelen in #altenglisch ōhsta m. ‚Achselhöhle‘, #altisländisch óstr m. ‚Halsgrube‘.
Tiefenbach vermehrt nicht nur den #Wortschatz des Altsächsischen, sondern verkleinert ihn auch wie hier: Während galpo im #Heliand den Ansatz galpon belegt, zeigt galbo das #Lemma galbon; beide Erweiterungen (*-p- : *-b-) sind #germanisch gut bezeugt.

For #Lemma I am inventing a concept based on newtypes which I call "wrappers". They are like miniature modules where the new type is considered a type synonym within the wrapper, but a different type outside of the wrapper.
My language, #Lemma, is a "square bracket language".
Square brackets are used for lambdas, scope blocks, and other things. Curly brackets are used only for lists.
In my experience it's as easy to type as an indentation language, without the brittleness of the off-side rule.
