- Start recording samples for 5/9 presentation to writers about audio.
- Time script draft for same presentation.
- Finish read-thru of this char arc _before_ revising. I always think I can read and rev and I'm always wrong. And now I have to fix this mess.

A spaceship the size of a skyscraper rumbled through the sky above Vestal City, marring the green afternoon sky with glaring plasma exhaust. It was kinda shaped like a skyscraper, too, if you bolted train-car-sized engines around the base. Transparent aluminum gleamed against the stark black hull as it wheeled awkwardly toward Vestal Spaceport. Adelaide was awestruck as her train passed into the shadow of the vessel. She’d seen the spaceport and ships like this from elsewhere in the city, but never close enough to appreciate the scale of both.
