New one rep max on bench press of 98kg today. That 100kg goal is in sight. Nice finish to a stressful week. #liftheavyshit

Today I was feeling good through the first 4 sets. First 3 reps of the last set were good, but on the last rep the bar came down a bit crooked and it threw me off so I failed. Very frustrating, but at least some progress.

Dumbbell thrusters (2x8kg)
Dumbbell pullover (15kg)
Leg lowers

With a 20 second wall sit hold at the end of each round.

I wasn't expecting much from the gym today because my neck and left shoulder are really stiff (for some unknown, probably age-related reason) so I was pleasantly surprised with a new PB on bench press. 5 sets of 4 reps at 76kg. #liftheavyshit

EZ 6 after yesterday’s long run. A bit sore from the excursion but everything worked itself out. Looks like weights this afternoon. Gotta keep up the anti-fragility program as my coach calls it!
