Squatted for the first time in a month yesterday and my knees are howling today. Gotta concentrate on ankle flexion, cause I felt good while lifting but there's obviously more work to be done.

Question for weightlifters: if you can do 2 reps of something, does that count as doing it "for reps"? or what is your personal minimum? Will say that 3 reps is my personal cutoff; 1 rep without form breakdown and required ROM, then 2 more grindy ones are adequate by me. #gymsky #liftsky
