I can't recommend the Visible band / app for Long COVID and POTS enough. It's been a lifesaver with figuring out what is appropriate pacing for my #longcovidkid . She has one more week of partial enrollment and then we will hopefully be back full time (right before break).

My #longcovidkid, now 16, has been a in a high acuity, isolation room, in the same hospital for 365 days with no single night out; tube/PN feed, various stomas and suffering severe autonomic dysfunction. Can’t walk, eat, drink, perform basic bodily functions. This is long covid/ME.
I don’t have the luxury of using social platforms based on preferences or picking sides between #novaccine and #forevervaccines when #vaxinjury patients lack studies or clarity. As a mom of a #longcovidkid, I must stay open-minded and listen to all perspectives on every platform.
