Sorry I missed posting this for #MEawarenessDay yesterday. I was exhausted from a rough night of acute mould exposure reaction. (Good now today.) I'm also rubbish with organised event dates in general, though. 😳

I missed #MEAwarenessDay yesterday, but great to see
@zackpolanski.bsky.social talking about this issue.

Millions of people live with ME yet next to nothing is being done to fund dedicated support and research into it.

As the overlap between long-covid and ME becomes clearer, action is needed now.

I have family and friends who struggle with ME, and I know they're often frustrated by people's inability to understand. Stories can help with that understanding and provide insight in a way no other words can.
