It is a cold though beautiful sunny afternoon. The scene is one of looking up over grasses, bushes and scrub at the back of beach in which is an obscured pillbox, of which we can see only the roof venting against a blue sky. There is a telegraph pole on either end and near the edges of the frame. Some of the telephone wires are connected and some disconnected just hanging done loosely. All this is again a blue sky which is graduated darker at the uppermost of the frame.

A Dog, German Shepard, in a harness was poised under a tree stood in a carpet of Autumn leaves with his right hind leg just elevated, focused on something ahead. As I came quietly out of the trees his head snapped round as his eyes fixed me in a stare as he assessed the threat. I stood motionless until his eye gave a hint and I pressed the shutter. So, not a perfect photo but as grabbed shot I'm quite pleased with the result.
