Seeing this picture makes me sad for the days when we were all together and the dogs were healthy. Everything just seems to have kind of fallen apart with Baboy gone.
Happy times with #BaboyTheDog and #WuloTheOriginal in 2018. The Pig is gone now and Wulo is almost 15. I would give pretty much anything to have days like these back again.

In the background is a dressmaker's mannequin with a shirt that has the same artwork. -------- This picture is from the product photography days, when I was adding my artwork to items like scarves, shirts, leggings, and tote bags. The artwork in both the scarf and the shirt in the background is what I titled "Origami Animals", which was something really different for me because most of the time my artwork is mosaic style prints. It was a fun concept and something new for me so it took me a long time to get the artwork to where I was happy with it and thought it was done. And I really enjoyed it.

Losing them is the hardest part about loving them. The one in the middle, my #PigAngel #BaboyTheDog, I unexpectedly had to say goodbye to him back in June. He was my ♥️ dog and the love of my life. I am so sorry about your loss. 8 months or 3 years makes no difference as to how profound the loss is.

This is an outtake of the previous picture, where Mr. Tooticus Rex is fussing because he wants snacks and Wulo has his tongue out. Baboy has his tongue out too, but it was always like that because he could not keep it in his mouth due to missing teeth.

My dog Baboy is lying on me looking very cute and snoozy. I made the blanket for him, it is mosaic crochet and the colors are those that I have seen in Indigenous American beadwork. They are stripes of black, red, orange, golden yellow, guava green, turquoise blue, cerulean blue. I wanted Baboy to have a nice blanket to lie on so I crocheted him one, and it took me a year to make because it is king size.
🧶 & #PigAngel post: that happy time in 2021 when #BaboyTheDog was lying on me, so obviously I wasn't moving until he did. We took a nap. He is lying (and I am under) the mosaic #crochet blanket I made for him. ♥️

I took the picture because their comical expressions at the noises made me laugh and I thought it was super cute. The dog couch is covered in a blue blanket and Wulo has a blue ball next to him.
