Seems to be from plant bug
Trioza centranthi, looked on NBN atlas doesn't seem to occur in Scotland althou NBN Scotland mentions 6 unverified records.

Second outing for this image but it fits the theme so well and the colour combination is unusual so am drawn to it. Photograph taken using a macro setting at the back of a building in town. Some red valerian had self-seeded and was flourishing. Deep turquoise painted wall in the background with a pink-purple flowerhead of Red Valerian as the focus point, offset to the right of frame. The flower head is made up of many tiny flowers. A few mid-green, thin and straight leaves fan out below. Loved the vibrant colour contrast in a season where traditionally colours are gentler.
