We're keenly looking forward to full and proper reinstatement.

We're pleased to see that the bent post and traffic sign in St John's Street by the entrance to the Vineyard Street car park has now been replaced after we reported it to #EssexHighways.
This isn't the first bit of street furniture to be damaged here...

A long abandoned #LoneCone and a couple of black bags that had been lingering for a few weeks on Cowdray Avenue, were swiftly removed after we reported them online to the City Centre Neighbourhood Team @yourcolchester.

#SeenReportedSorted. We're pleased to see that a deep #pothole/#sinkhole that appeared in North Station Road closed to the Essex Hall roundabout a couple of weeks ago has now been repaired after we reported it to #EssexHighways.

The weeds that were making it almost impossible to use the cycle racks in the Vineyard Street car park have now been cut back after we reported and escalated the problem with the city council.

It's good to see that this somewhat bent guardrail at the North Station Roundabout has been sorted after we reported it to the team at #EssexHighways.
There are still other bent barriers there that haven't been sorted yet but this was the worst.

The Priory Street Car Park had long needed a TLC. Multiple fence rails were broken or missing and there was uncontrolled weed growth. We reported - and then escalated - it with the city council - who sorted it.

We reported this seriously bent parking sign in Rosebery Avenue to the North Essex Parking Parternership (NEPP).
We're delighted that it's no longer bent and has been repositioned to reduce the likelihood of another vehicle strike.

We're not sure why someone would dump a large LCD TV on a City Centre Pavement but it takes all sorts we suppose....
We reported this one outside the Globe Hotel on North Station Road and it's now sorted.

For some years now there's been a steel lamppost outside 9 North Hill that was noticeably leaning backwards.
It's taken a long, long time, but we're delighted that @EssexHighways have now sorted it and the post is now vertical.

We reported a damaged 'crested' bollard on North Hill that looked to have been struck by a vehicle to the folk at Colchester City Council.
It didn't take long before they told us they'd fixed it.

The 'temporary' plastic barriers that have long been a feature under North Station Bridge, have at last, been replaced by permanent metal guardrails by the folk @EssexHighways.

We're pleased to report that the folk @EssexHighways have now replaced the seriously leaning 'one way' sign outside St Peter's Church on North Hill.

We've recently reported three phone boxes to BT which had missing glass - the grade ll listed red box at East Bay and two more modern ones on Headgate and the forecourt of North Station.
BT engineers quickly visited and sorted the issues.

A quite large bit of graffiti appeared a few days ago on the front of the former #Odeon in Crouch St. We reported it online to the folk @yourcolchester and it's now been painted out.
The derelict cinema remains an eyesore and its future remains unclear.
