#ThroughTheCracks: Skylar likes growing potted plants, and won't have any trouble keeping them alive and thriving.
Some of them are herbs they use for their cooking, but they also like the ones that are just there to be pretty. I'm not sure which they'd prefer. (9/10)
#ThroughTheCracks: Kye really doesn't care if he's good or evil. He just cares that he's successful, and thinks that makes him entitled. The strong get on top and the weak perish, and that's the way of things, and everything the stations provide the weak goes against the natural order. (3/4)
#ThroughTheCracks: To Skylar, there are no evil people, only evil actions. And evil actions have to be stopped, in the way that is most respectful to the people involved, perpetrators and victims alike. (3/3)
I can't say, because I haven't plotted out the series, yet.
#ThroughTheCracks: I'd say the greatest villain is capitalism. Likely, there's someone from the early capitalist days of the stations that's viewed as THE figurehead of capitalism, but I haven't gone into that much detail. (3/3)
#ThroughTheCracks: Erron is PostEk, and PostEk is a religion that advocates for altruism. Erron believes they are doing the most altruistic thing they can be doing. It just happens to involve murdering people. (2/2)
Sabrina is a pretty good judge of character. It helps when you already know who will betray you ahead of time.
#ThroughTheCracks: Skylar is a decent judge of character, probably on the trusting side, since there's not too many people up to no good in the ALCEFS. (5/6)
#QueerPrompts 9
#ThroughTheCracks: Well, Skylar has vitiligo, so they have patches of lighter skin on their regularly tawny brown skin.
I believe you know how this one gets resolved, but it's NOT with Aimetor resisting temptation once more...
#ThroughTheCracks: Skylar doesn't often lose their patience, but their cousin Madison often makes them want to. They usually keep it in, though. (4/4)
To this effect, he has bound a Soul Devourer to his will.
#ThroughTheCracks: Kye is a former champion competitive swimmer. He believes those who are successful deserve to have more than the rest and the disabled should not be coddled. (3/11)
#ThroughTheCracks: Skylar is aroace. Their most important platonic relationship… Well, I imagine Skylar would have a lot of friends, but I've only really developed their family relationships and the mentor-mentee relationship with their students. (8/9)
#InReverse: Meg is demiromantic and gray-ace. Harriet and Ed are [SPOILERS].
#ThroughTheCracks: Skylar is aroace.
#MiwwduSitsomSelkieWIP: Michaela is ace and very kinky. (3/3)
#ThroughTheCracks: Skylar... Oh dear, pretty much every job in a capitalist world would be ill-suited to them.
But soldier, cop, tycoon, anything that maintains the interests of the state or capitalism, especially if it involves hurting, killing or exploiting people? All REALLY bad options. (4/4)
The man may end up coming up once more, not necessarily as an antagonist, but for the most part is only there to set the story going and is not really important to the story otherwise.
#ThroughTheCracks: Skylar learns about Kye's antagonism first, although they don't meet him just yet. (2/2)
#ThroughTheCracks: The antagonist are independent bad actors and not really part of a group. (4/4)
#AntagonistApril 4
#TheDragonblood: One antagonist, Laannig.
#InReverse: No antagonist, so I probably won't be discussing this story for the rest of the month.
#ThroughTheCracks: Two antagonists, Kye Peterson and Erron Colborne.
#MiwwduSitsomSelkieWIP: A vague idea for an antagonist, so far.

#FantasyIndiesApril 3: Well, the titles for #TheDragonblood and #ThroughTheCracks came about because there was something I wanted conveyed to the audience that couldn't be in the story. For the former, it was that Aimetor (the Dragonblood) is the mainest character, not the PoV Felix. (1/2)
#ThroughTheCracks: Skylar likes animals and nature. That's why they walk through the gardens every day on their way to and from teaching. I wasn't considering them having any pets, but they do have potted plants. Some are herbs they use in their cooking. (7/9)
#QueerPrompts 3: I mean, that's pretty much what #ThroughTheCracks is. Me writing a society that's about as utopian as I can realistically imagine, because the world we live in fucking sucks.
#WIPSnips 'convert'
#TheDragonblood / #ThroughTheCracks crossover: Felix shows Skylar their pet Microraptor, and the closet they had Sabrina convert into a terrarium for her.
#WriteSky #WritingCommunity #WritingPrompts
This time, it told them about something buried, perhaps a time capsule, that they've just uncovered. Not sure what they need it for and they don't know much more, either.
#ThroughTheCracks: Skylar is probably just camping for fun at the station camping grounds. (3/4)
#QueerPrompts: Aloha! I'm an A-hoarding amateur author (autistic, aro, ace, apl, agender, ancom, atheist, etc.)!
#TheDragonblood: Dragons. Dragons? Dragons!
#InReverse: .nit eht no syas ti tahW
#ThroughTheCracks: Anarcho-communists, IN SPACE!
#MiwwduSitsomSelkieWIP: Selkies with cosplay powers
#MarchWorldbuilders 31
#TheDragonblood: A novel, hopefully the first of a series. I've also toyed with making a TTRPG set in this world.
#ThroughTheCracks: A book; I haven't decided on the length. (1/2)
Is it only ivory/bone, and if so, how is this incorporated into a magic carpet while maintaining flexibility, if at all?
For #ThroughTheCracks, I realised after I settled on holoscreens as my finished product that I'm really shaky on how screens and electronics in general are made IRL. (2/3)
#Marchistics 30
#TheDragonblood / #ThroughTheCracks: Ooh, that's a fun question!
In general, the ALCEFS would like to help out however it can by offering everyone food, healthcare and the supplies they need for their products. (1/18)
#ThroughTheCracks: Absolutely. The ALCEFS only exists as it does because of labour movements. The main one in its history is the one which led to the revolution that brought about the ULCS, the predecessor to the ALCEFS, bringing libertarian communism to the previously capitalist stations. (2/4)
#ThroughTheCracks: I think Skylar may have trouble asking for help. I need to give them SOME flaws, after all.
They're not above asking for robotic assistance, but usually prefer to do things themselves. (5/6)
#ThroughTheCracks: There is a black market in the ALCEFS. They wouldn't be selling holoscreens, but you'd find weapons, both lethal and nonlethal. Nonlethal weapons are restricted and an alarm will sound if you grab one, while lethal weapons are fully banned. (3/7)
It also serves as protection from the elements.
#ThroughTheCracks: The ALCEFS runs pretty smoothly NOW, but you can bet it hasn't always been this way, and got to this point through a lot of trial and error. I'm sure there have been several safety incidents along the way. (2/2)
#ThroughTheCracks: PostEks believe morality is rational. Their beliefs are such that the Golden Rule is a natural consequence, something obviously in one's best interest, rather than anything coming from on high. (3/3)
That will slowly go away over the course of the story.
#ThroughTheCracks: Skylar has studied to be a teacher. They've done some theoretical training dealing with emergencies (conflict de-escalation, first aid, etc.), but hasn't really had an opportunity to apply it. It will come. (7/7)
