To celebrate #DNADay from last week, this #FluorescenceFriday we have a #DNAPAINT image of #Tubulin ( #cytoskeleton ) in green and the #mitochondria protein #Tomm20 in magenta, taken by ONI former scientist Dr Nina Jajčanin Jozić using the #Nanoimager with probes from @massivephotonics.bsky.social.

It's #FluorescenceFriday and we are happy to share a 5-color image taken with the #AploScope. Here we have a #SuperResolution #SMLM (#SingleMolecule Localization #Microscopy) image of the mitochondrial protein #Tomm20 in yellow, and the following diffraction-limited targets:

Fixed Cos7 cells were fixed and stained in 5 colors:
🔬 #SMLM – The mitochondrial protein #Tomm20 (yellow) and the lysosomal marker #LAMP11 (red).
🔬 In diffraction-limited imaging – #Tubulin (cyan), the nuclear marker Hoechst (#DNA, magenta), and the #PlasmaMembrane dye CellMask™ Green (gray).
