The diffraction limited channels are cytoskeleton tubulin in cyan, nuclear DNA Hoechst in magenta and a plasma membrane dye, CellMask Green in gray.
We are back for #FluorescenceFriday! Today's image was taken with the #AploScope, which was designed to prioritize ease of use. This image was taken by a #SuperResolution novice at their first time with the Aplo Scope! It only took a couple of hours of training to produce this fantastic result.
