It's not easy work, since I work evenings, and have to monitor a lot of systems, and also coordinate Teams calls to fix critical infrastructure like the #VeteransCrisisLine when it breaks. I've had to miss a lot of evenings out with friends & family over the last 12 years.
Virtually everyone on my team has received Excellent or Exceptional performance reviews year after year, and we support a critical mission for the VA, monitoring and supporting the VA's IT infrastructure nationwide, but also providing critical technical support for the #VeteransCrisisLine
