Background: A pyramid with big flames shooting out of things. "I'd like me some red slot," said one of the men walking towards us. "Magis is kept locked up and I have a magic knife." He pulled out what looked like a normal Midbar-Binah kitchen knife. "Wrong and wrong," said Breeze. "And I love beating the feces out of homosexuals!" said a small, faharni hipsick who screamed and ran at me as the knife man strode towards Breeze, brandishing the knife. A normal man my size would probably have stood a good chance in a fight against the orientationist. Of course, I'm not a normal man. I stepped to the side, crouched down, grabbed one of the orientationist's arms, stood up, raised my arms quickly and let go. I heard Breeze say some strange word and the knife man collapsed. The orientationist went spinning down the alley on a parabolic path like a doll thrown for a dog to fetch, only he was screaming horrifically. He almost certainly didn't have regenerative nanites and probably not protective magic, perhaps I shouldn't have been so rough. "No!" screamed the woman from the doorway, she was a faharni and had remained standing with the other man, who was still standing gormlessly. "They just like roughing people up! They don't mean anything by it!" "Don't mean anything by attacking people and threatening rape!" shouted Breeze. "Are you all complete fornicating morons or what! Attacking a large boy and a girl who looks like the Vineyard Magis and you don't expect to get hurt!" The orientationalist had hit sand and was still screaming. "Briad's afterbirth!" he shouted. "I've broken fornicating everything!"
