The picture shows a postman on an urban electric tricycle that the Irish post office sometimes use for deliveries. From the bottom of the picture up we see the concrete of a car park, two modern style lamp posts with a wood and metal guard rail and just behind that we see our centre piece of the postman and his delivery tricycle which is the famous green of the post office of Ireland. Behind him we have cars that are parked within that car park and behind that with have a few trees with green leaves and a red stone 6 story office block. Above the entire scene we have a blue sky that is light blue as it heads off into the distance but a deeper blue above us at this location. The sky has light wispy white clouds and the picture is finished off with a thin white border frame.
