The up is a killer but so is applying the brakes on the way down, but that then leads into my favourite stretch of running I’ve ever done, along the old golf course towards the #KentEstuary 🏃♂️😃

Unforeseen car problems meant no #FellFoot #parkrun this morning, so ‘consoled’ myself with a run over #ArnsideKnott. With views from the top over to Ingleborough in one direction & the South Lakes fells in another, that’s a lot of consolation 🗻 😀
