I had physical therapy yesterday. (Did my normal swim therapy for an hour and then they added a 30 min gym eval). Felt great after.

Its 1pm and I just forced myself to eat breakfast.

The zero energy the next day after PT is so wild.

New symptoms this weekend: my TMJ issues with my jaw have been causing nerve pinching issues leading to occasional dizziness and sporadic localized thingling numbness in lips and jaw area.

Yay.
At least i conveniently had a dentist appt on tuesday this week.
