Just finished dyeing a bunch of rice to throw together a rainbow dinosaur sensory bin for the toddler tomorrow. We also have plans to start seeds for our garden and kitchen herbs and some more crafts. It's a fun game of "did I finally find the right meds, or is it hypomania?" 🤷‍♀️ #cyclothymia

I've been on seroquel for over 6 months now and while I was not expecting any kind of miracles I was hoping for some level of stable. Instead I've been borderline suicidal for a couple of months with no end in sight. I'm completely falling apart.

Just took my first Seroquel so uh, everyone please cross your fingers. Had a chat with my doctor yesterday bc psych sent him 3 drug recs for me and after discussing, we decided the Seroquel might be a better starting place than Lamictal.

Citalopram and Sertraline didn't work for me, but they work fine for some. Find the one that works for you. One gave me rage, the other made me a doddery zombie. Duloxetine gets me through these days.
