#MaxEffort #deadPreachers for the 105x6 PR and 90x12 for no PR. Then a little demo of a unilateral row variation I cooked up, basically just a #ringPullAround, performed for 10 on both sides. This was all after pullup PRs for BW+60x6 and BW+35x13.

#deadPreachers here for the 100x8 PR and then 90x11 for no PR. I'll step the top set up to 105 next time to knock it down a few reps and probably manage to get past my best 90x13 after that. Then I backed off with #deadPilgrims for the 45x12 PR.

#deadPreachers here for 100x7 and 90x13, both PRs. Then a backoff of #deadPilgrims (reverse grip dead preachers, with elbows at the kneecaps) for a 45x10 PR.

#deadPreachers here for 100x4 (less than anticipated, but still a PR) and a decent 90x11 PR. Golfer's elbow has all but cleared up, it seems, so new max effort PR singles may be incoming.

These were performed after BW+55x10 and BW+35x12 pullups, by the way.

#deadPreachers here for a 95x10 PR and then an 85x15 PR. Thinking next I'll see what's what ay 100x8+, maybe? and I suppose pair it up with 90x12+ for good measure.

#deadPreachers here for the 95x9 PR, but then I couldn't quite bring it home on 85 and only managed 12. Mind you, this is after 2 rep pull-up PRs with both BW+55x9 and BW+25x16. Then I tried something new I call #deadPilgrims, which is just reverse dead preachers with elbows at the kneecaps for 45x7

I went for exceeding my best rep-work on these #deadPreachers with the golfer's elbow still not quite dissipated: First the 95x8, which is the best I've done at all for reps (by 2 at this weight); then it was 85x14, which is 2 more than my best the last time I did the exercise at all.

Dealing with golfer's elbow on #deadPreachers so I've opted to put some reps on my lower intensity work until I'm back up to repping 95, after which I'll resume max effort work, micro-loading my way to 135.

Here I've managed a 75x16 PR and then 12. 65x16 was my previous best nine days back.

#MaxEffort #deadPreachers here for 100, 110, a failed 120 and then a successful 120 for a brutal PR. Then it was some damned tough backdowns of 95x2x6 for another PR. Thinking I'll have to slow down and crawl my way to 135 but that I'll probably keep my backdowns and rep effort work at 95 a spell.
