I’m not thrilled that it’s snowing again. But at least the temperature was reasonable. River enjoyed accompanying me on a nice easy run up in the hill. She also got a new harness down our runs now that they have been more regular.

Took River down to the Lackawanna Trail down by the river fora 5 mile run. She loved being in a more open space with more room to move and in her longer leash instead of on the road. She pounced on something but didn’t catch anything.

Training plan said 1 hour easy run. I leashed up River and we hit the hill for over 900 ft of elevation gain. It would have been perfect running weather if it wasn’t for the wind dropping the temp by 10 degrees.
