Back on my bullshit today. Had to take some time off to get my mind right, and even though I’m still nowhere closer to that goal than I was before, I was able to get out and get a short run in today. I missed it so much.

Today was tough. Speed intervals with super heavy legs and a crushing headwind. Felt somewhat nauseous beforehand because I think I drank too much coffee. Ate some food and felt a bit better. Fought the inner asshole trying to get me to just skip. I won.

I didn’t take a pic earlier, so I snapped one at the gym later. 2.1 miles today marks 96.9 miles for February! Tomorrow will most likely be a 2.1-miler, then an easy 1-miler on the 28th. Hard to believe it’s already almost over.
