That's what #GeraldHorne believes. In 1772 the English courts in Somerset v Stewart had ruled chattel slavery had been outlawed in common law since 1066, so #replevin and #trover in humans could not be a thing: "slave catchers" were kidnappers whose actions had to follow due process in each colony.

Honestly she is an #AmericanExceptionalist clown whose prophecies and justifications have been wholly wrong.

If #GeraldHorne, #GregCarr or #JohnRalstonSaul said there was any chance of a popular revolution by people who otherwise still believe in Jesus and in capitalism, it would be worth noting.
