Magenta colored structure with two "holes" representing a necrotic granuloma in M. marinum infected tissue with two necrotic cores. In yeelow: scattered presence of eosinophils within and around the granuloma. Scale bar 50 µm.
Using our new tools, we validated eosinophil homing in homeostasis and inflammatory states like #Mycobacterium marinum-induced #granulomas. These tools open up exciting possibilities for exploring eosinophil functions in #inflammation, #infection, and beyond using the #zebrafish model. 🧪 🦠 4/6
