降り続いた雨も3時過ぎかな、止んで蒸し蒸し☀️
姉と義兄が来てて少し吐いたので気持ち楽になったけど、それでもモヤモヤは残るので発散のつもりで10k。
去年の左に続いて今年は右のアキレス腱炎やってるので程々で…とかいう前に今日は身体中に酸素が行き渡らないというか、ずっと溺れ気味な感じで辛かった😅 なんか気持ちいいゾーンみたいなのを忘れてる。

8月最初のランニングは月いちハーフ。
4日レスト後で足も軽いと思ったのも最初の数キロw 走ってる時の頭の中が「暑い」で占拠されてしまって、ただ辛くなるという。どうしたらいいのか？なんて事を考えながら走ってました😇
地元のダムの貯水量、このままいくと盆明けにはゼロ％とか？ 雨の噂もあるけど、本当降って欲しいですね。

昨日休んだから脚の具合もそんな悪くないし、午前身体動かして解れてたので、市内の少しだけ奥まで。
今月は半年ぶりくらいに200k超。GWで時間あったし。
できれば週60k×4週=240k、プラス20〜30kは走れる位に戻したいトコ。
