"Here's a subject I've been searching for for many years, the tortoise beetle at the larvae stage. I found this small 3mm spiny sonic locally in staffordshire whilst on my lunch break. luckily enough, I had my camera with me! with it being so tiny, I had to focus stack 46 images together handheld to get all of the subject in focus. this was far from easy as it was quite active during the midday heat, which almost cost me being late going back to work. I think it was worthwhile though!"
