Apparently it can be unfolded, the text reads, followed by 5 images in a diagram. A, is a rudimentary drawing of a salmon colored heart, B, is what I think is the right atrium and ventricle being pulled away from the rest of the heart not unlike you might unroll the outer edge of a cinnamon roll from its tasty center. C, starts to pull the other atrium and ventricle in the other direction , so that by D, you have a flat pink tube with mouthpieces at either end that are the major blood vessels but look like something you'd blow into on a brass instrument. There is one loop d'loop in the middle of this tube. In E, the final image, that loop is unwound to only a twist. So you have a long flat pink tube with a twist.
