I’m envious of people who can drink a million cups of coffee a day. I personally love the taste, but I know more than 2 cups and my anxiety is going to go through the roof.

Our little girl got her 2-month shots today, and man… it was brutal. Seeing her cry like that broke me. You know it’s for the best, but it doesn’t make it any easier.

Good advice. I also find working out great as a way of desensitizing ourselves to anxiety symptoms. This in turn makes them more manageable. Of course, the first few weeks, anxiety and depression seem to be a little worse as you’re putting new stresses on the body.

I’ve found that Kung Fu, especially Wing Chun, has helped my mental health a lot. It reminds me to slow down, stay present, and just focus on what’s in front of me.
